Abstract: A compressed sensing approach is adopted to formulate the target identification problem as an undetermined system,
thus strongly enhancing the radar range capability in the presence of small operation bandwidth. Experimental assessments are
provided by adopting a C-band stepped-frequency continuous-wave radar.
